Women’s Menopause Drop-in Session

Ladies, pop along to the Bridge Centre, 258 ,N Balnagask Rd, Torry, Aberdeen AB11 8LQ – 18:00-19:30 on Tuesday 25th November.

This is a drop in session to ascertain what support and information women would like to help them. If there is enough interest the hope is that in 2026 this will become a monthly supper club, and safe space with different information and activities each month to help support you through your menopause journey.
